Booking and adv deadlines

After you book the item, we will contact the seller and secure it. No cancellations will be allowed after booking .
If you back out without replacement,we will not refund the advance/installment amount and will put your items for sale.
If there is a backout without paying an advance after securing the item , we will expose you and ban you from our page .
Advance amount is 40-70% of the total price. You can ask the moderator for exact advance amount before booking .
Advance deadline is usually 24 - 48 hours. So book if you can pay within the given time. If you need more time to clear the advance, we are always ready to cover for you. Let us know if you need more time before proceeding instead of ghosting us after getting the due details.

Prices are fixed . kindly do not bargain.

Replacement and refund policy

you can always find replacement for your stuffs . But if your replacement is not a previous buyer od Idol Attic and fails to make the required advance payment or settle dues on time, The item will go back under your name and you'll still be responsible for unpaid dues of the item . We highly encourage to find replacement after paying advance .

Kindly ensure that you pay the exact amount when making an advance payment. Any excess amount paid will not be refunded, but will instead be adjusted with your future dues.In cases where an order is cancelled or cannot proceed due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be issued.However, if we are unable to secure your order due to delays or lack of timely response from your side , no refund will be provided. The amount will be adjusted .
If you do not have any OTW items , a refund will be scheduled accordingly. Please note that refund processing may take 5 to 7 working days, depending on the amount .

we will refund full amount for damaged merch , damage because of packaging fault and dented photo cards. But you must provide an uncut unboxing video. No proofs, no refunds.Kindly consider that is all the listing pcs are pre-loved.Hence, there might be some light damages.We always check the condition video before proceeding and proceed fresh pcs. If damaged / dented, we will show it to you first.we will not refund for factory defects of sealed albums and packaging defects of pre-order benefits that is caused by official sites we can not do anything about it .
Defect caused by customs check is also out of our hand .

For scams , we refund the full amount and will try to find the merch for you again : (No refund if your provided self checkout link seller turns out to be a scammer. But don't worry , we will run a background check before proceeding and will inform you if anything is sus.

Any individual found publicly attempting to damage the reputation of our page will face an immediate and permanent ban. No refunds will be issued for pending or future orders under any circumstances.

Installment and deposit policy

Full advance payment is preferred, but we provide installments. You must pay a minimum of 30-50% of the total advance amount before the deadline and the rest of the advance amount according to the installment plan.

up to 1 month for albums and other heavy items .If anything gets damaged while on long-time hold, we will not be responsible .If you're not available on messenger, let us know how to reach out.Ghosting us constantly will lead to your items reselling without refund .Some sites like yzy ship out late, hence the late arrival, so beware before ordering .There might be a sudden custom hold or delay, so order if you can wait patiently .
